RESERVATION POLICY

Fill the reservation form and within no more than 12 hours you will receive a response.

We will check-in (withholding funds) 100% of your stay when confirming the reservation. At the end of your stay, you can choose charge on that card or any other payment method.

Payment and lodging reservations settlement can be made through Visa, Master Card, cash (MXP / USD) or bank deposit. All costs, fees and policies, including exchange rates and packages can vary and should be confirmed with the hotel when booking.

Check-out: 12:00 pm / check-in: 2:00 pm.

Master suites Maximum 2 persons each.

Suites Maximum 2 persons each.

Standard double room maximum 4 persons each.

The published rates are for two people, extra person per night $ 200.00.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Smoking is permitted in designated areas.



Cancellation policy

Any cancellation or change must be notified in writing or email, otherwise changes will not be considered.

In cancellations 7 days before arrival date the total reservation will be refunded in normal season.

Cancellations in high season must be 15 days prior to arrival.

For Holy Thursday, Holy Friday and Holy Saturday and from October 30th to November 02 we will not accept cancellations.

Reservations canceled before 6 to 3 days of arrival will produce the charge of one night.

In cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, or if not reach, will take full charge of the reservation.
